IF YOUR ORDER DEFAULTS TO COLLECTION WHEN YOU ORDER THAT MEANS WE DO NOT DELIVER TO YOUR AREA BUT YOU CAN STILL ORDER AND COLLECT IT.

 

More and more areas are being added to our delivery runs all the time. If we are not yet covering your area, please get in touch so we can get you added on as soon as possible.

We have now changed the way we do our deliveries, DUE TO THE EVER RISING COST OF FUEL WE HAVE NOW ADDED A DELIVERY CHARGE TO ALL DELIVERIES, please look at list below to see what the cost of delivery is to your postcode.

 

TA POSTCODES WHICH ARE NOW £7.50 FOR DELIVERY ARE :-

TA1, TA2, TA3, TA5, TA6, TA7, TA8, TA9

There is now a minimum order of £30 (in money) (not including the delivery charge) to the above TA postcodes. All the rest of TA postcodes will now need be a minimum order of £99. If your postcode does not start TA then it is still a minimum order of £99.

Delivery runs are done on Tuesdays and Thursdays every week. Some areas are covered on a pro rata basis. Some areas are fortnightly where as others may be 5 weekly.

Orders for deliveries to TA4 and TA10 upwards will need to be a minimum of £99 and we NOW charge £10 for delivery per order. If your postcode does not start TA then its a minimum order is still £99.

Orders for all other Postcode areas (not TA) need to be received at least 1 day before your delivery day and will need to be a minimum order of £99 and it will have a £10 delivery drop charge.

IF YOUR ORDER DEFAULTS TO COLLECTION WHEN YOU PLACE AN ORDER, THAT MEANS WE DO NOT DELIVER TO YOUR AREA. YOU CAN STILL PLACE YOUR ORDER AND COLLECT IT FROM OUR SHOP IN BRIDGWATER.

We are now delivering to ALL BS and BA postcodes, all orders will need to be £99 minimum order and it will have a £10 delivery drop charge.

Delivery Times :-

 

We have an “all day delivery slot” and cannot arrange specific times during the day to deliver your order but we can tell you that it will be delivered between the hours of 11am and 10pm.

If you are not in then it is important that you pre-arrange a safe place to leave the order, i.e. behind bins, or with a neighbour etc. as our delivery drivers will not be able to call twice.

In the event that you are not at home when delivery is made, and you haven’t given instructions, the drivers will leave it in a reasonable place, i.e. behind the bin or down by the side gate etc. and he/she will take a photograph to record this.   

 

CLICK AND COLLECT ORDERS WILL BE READY TO COLLECT AFTER 1 PM THE SAME DAY OF ORDER OR IF ORDERED AFTER 1 PM THEY WILL BE READY TO COLLECT OUR NEXT WORKING DAY AFTER 1 PM

Please collect your order no later than closing time of our next working day, or your order will be refunded and returned to stock.

 

(Please note we charge the delivery DROP CHARGE (above) because we have to run a van, the cheapest way to buy your raw food is to click and collect)
